HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSITE
Making an online purchase is very simple. Access our web page and get registered. Decide which pieces of our catalog you want to acquire, and if there is the option, select the desired size and color, and add them to your cart. There are bracelets made in only one standard size, but you could ask for the size you want. The tailor-made pieces can not be changed or returned, and could delay the shipping between 24/48h for its making.
When you wish to finalize your order, process your cart, filling up the personal information required by the system. Once the payment has been done and accepted, you´ll receive an email from us, confirming that your order has been placed. Save the confirmation email, in case any incidents occur.
If you did not receive the confirmation email, means something has gone wrong with the purchase and the payment hasn´t been done, please verify that the charge for the purchase was actually made in your account.
The purchases made, must be intended for the final costumer. The purchase of items, for sale to third parties is not aloud and 1ParaMi reserves the right to monitor fraudulent use.
To guarantee maximum security in your purchases, all the payment transactions are made through a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through a secure environment facilitated by BBVA in which all transactions made are encrypted using the SSL protocol, so the connection of payment in each purchase is done directly between the card user and the financial institution itself.
SHIPPING MANAGEMENT: WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY PURCHASE
Except system error, all the items in our website, are available in stock. This way, we would make the shipment on the same day of the purchase, as long as is been made between Monday and Thursday before 15:00h. In any other case, shipment would be made the next working day after the purchase. In case of something preventing us from doing so, we will contact you.
Once is been sent, and in normal conditions, you will receive your order the next day. The deliveries will be made by transport company MRW. Please, be aware that there needs to be someone in the delivery address to pick it up. If you want it to be picked up by a doorman, please specify it in the observation section.
The deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries will not be made in Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
Keep in mind, that if you have ordered a tailor-made item, the delivery may be delayed, for its making.
In special holidays such as Christmas o the wise kings, we can not guarantee the deliveries on time, because of the special circumstances. If you have chosen to pick up the purchase in our shop in Goya Street, as soon as is available, you Will receive an email letting you know. Normally this will take between 24/48h from purchase.
If your purchase suffered any damage during transport, please contact us immediately to this email address firstname.lastname@example.org, we recommend you to do it in the first 24h from the reception of the package, so we can process a complain to the shipping company. If the packaging is damaged, please write it down in the delivery note.
HOW MUCH DO THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping to Spain: The shipping cost is 8,27 euros plus taxes (10 euros). No shipments are made at the moment to the Canary Islands, we hope to be able to do it soon International shipment: As you add items to your shopping cart, the system will inform you of the costs taking in consideration the place and the weight of the order. Canary island: No shipments are made at the moment.
If you want, you can place an order on line, and pick it up directly in our shop in Goya street. You can choose this option throughout the purchase process, without shipping charges. We will confirm when your order is ready for pick up, via email, normally this would be done in 24/48h.
We ship worldwide. Keep in mind that outside of the European community may exist customs costs caused by the import of the product. These costs will be borne by the buyer. Next, we´ll give you some guidance about these costs:

We like to look after every detail, and the packaging has to be something beautiful and special also. You would receive your purchase, just as if you would have made it in any of our stores. All our designs are delivered inside of one of our characteristic handcraft wooden boxes. (Except belts and large rigid chokers)
HOW TO CHANCE AND ITEM.
In 1ParaMi we make our desings for you with the upmost quality products. If you have any questions, o you wish to change the size, color, or you just want to change it for a different one, send us an email to email@example.com. Our Customer Service team, Will reply explaining the procedure.The cost is 6,61 euros plus taxes (8euros) for the peninsula and includes the pick-up of the returned item and the delivery of the new item you chose. The costs for the international exchange will be the same as the originated with the shipping of the original purchase. Unfortunately, we do not admit changes of the tailor-made items. The unsealed ear rings will not be change for hygienic reasons either. Keep in mind that the returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, with the packaging and with the tag still on. No return or exchange will be accepted if the tag has been removed, if the product shows damage or wear farther than the necessary for the suitability check, and in any case may cause a devaluation of the item.
You have up to 14 days from the delivery date to change your purchase. If you have picked up your on line purchase in our Goya street store in Madrid, you have up to 14 days to change it directly in the shop. Complaint forms are available for our customers in the Goya street store in Madrid.
For any incidence regarding the return of our items on our on line shop, you must write to 1ParaMi via email, sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org The communications between 1ParaMi and the user will be made according to the data provided by the user when registered on the web. The applicable regulations require, that part of the information or communications be written. Thus, you specifically accept the use of the e-mail as valid procedure for the remission of all the communications regarding the website usage, recognizing contractually, that any communication sent from 1ParaMi, meet the legal requirements to be in writing. All the above, without prejudice to the rights that belongs to the user, recognized by the law.
For any incidences regarding the desist of items in our online store, please contact us through email, to email@example.com and communicate your unequivocal decision of desist. We put at your disposal a format, as well as the one we include, physically in your order.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the article 72 of TRLDCU, in order to cancel the contract concluded, for which you must notify it in the 14 days after the delivery, and without having to justified your decision. You could use our pick up service, with a cost of 8€ (Peninsula) or 10€(Islands), this quantity will be deducted from the refund of your order and once received the item we will proceed with the refund of the full amount of the purchase (except shipping costs) within a maximum period of 72 hours, and with the same paying method used in the purchase. You could also choose to send it through the shipping company you want, making the cost of shipping and insurance your responsibility. In this case, 1ParaMi will not proceed to refund until the item/s arrive/s. Keep in mind, that the returned product must be delivered directly to our store in Goya Street 46 in Madrid, (we will not pick it up in offices nor the post office) and must be delivered in the 14 days after the communication of desist. Is your responsibility to make sure the products send by you, have been returned, 1ParaMi is not responsible for the loss or damage of your package, or if is delivered to the wrong address. Please communicate the desist, before sending the items/s back. In accordance with the current law, you could not desist tailor made or personalized items, nor unwrapped ear rings for hygienic reasons

All our pieces have a legal guarantee of 2 years, against manufacturing defects. The natural usage wear, break by blows or fallings, manipulation and incorrect use, are excluded. All our pieces have a presumption of defect during the first 6 months, unless it shows incorrect usage.
